Safe and Clean renting
While we maintain our existing high standards of cleanliness through this time for all our villas or apartments, we have increased our disinfecting procedures with government approved cleaning products. We’re encouraging our guests and employees to exercise recommended social distancing practices. We’re actively monitoring the situation and following the guidance, information, protocols, and tools from government authorities and The World Health Organization to maximize the effectiveness of our response.
After each stay and before every arrival of new guests, villas and apartments are completely disinfected with ozone as well (an extra precaution to remove eventual virus and bacteria).
All our employees have a HACCP diploma (so already trained for respecting correct hygienic situations), and in these days every one of them is trained with an extra anti covid-19 course.
On request, your breakfasts, eventual lunches or dinners can be delivered directly in your villa or apartment as well, all in maximum respect of hygiene and safety. If you want to cook yourself, you will find a complete disinfected and sanitized kitchen at your disposal on arrival. If you don’t want to leave your villa at all, we can pre-stock the villa with the shopping list you send us in advance and even do your shopping during your stay.
BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a 100% refund of already paid amounts in accordance with the regulations of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking (included also illness with covid19 of a group member).
30% of the booking amount will be charged at the time of booking. The balance of 70% will be required 60 days before the check-in date.
The Travel Cancellation insurance coverage included in the insurance policy will be applied to the already prepaid amount (down payment and balance payment), the included insurance coverage relating to assistance remains unchanged.

Cancel up to 30 days before your trip and get a full refund in case there still should be covid-19 travel restrictions or problems at that moment. Within 30 days before the trip the reservation becomes non-refundable, but in eventual case of a new outbreak and problems with covid-19 within this period, we will submit a voucher to be used within 24 months from that date.
In all other cases, cancellations till 30 days before arrival, have a penalty of 30% from the total rent. From 30 days to day of arrival, reservations become not refundable for the complete amount. We will always submit a voucher valid for 24 months, for down payment as for full amount.
