Our 2021 gift to you
All our guests making a reservation before end of January, and those having already a reservation wo want to change rate for their stay, will be offered for free our besafe rate.
BeSafe Rate Cancellation Policy. The BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation for unforeseen events and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the regulations of the Insurance Policy applied at the time of booking (included also illness with covid19 of a group member).
BeSafe Rate Payment Policy. 30% of the booking amount will be charged at the time of booking. The balance of 70% will be required 60 days before the check-in date.
The Travel Cancellation insurance coverage included in the insurance policy will be applied to the already paid amount (down payment first as well as balance payment later), the included insurance coverage relating to assistance remains unchanged.
